Our Message to Community Association Boards

There are over 369,000 community associations in the United States with more than 23% of the US population living in one - and those numbers are growing every year.  Unfortunately, there is no single source for obtaining important information about these communities which has a negative impact on just about everyone that needs it.  At AssociationNation, we intend to create the first comprehensive and verified database for community associations - and we have started in our home state of Connecticut!

We recognize that we are dependent on the approximately 5,150 Connecticut community associations to help us launch this revolutionary platform.  Only by working together can we effectively assist board members, homeowners, potential buyers and renters, real estate agents, lenders, lawyers and insurance agents.  For those in need of information, they will finally experience a quick, accurate and streamlined process. Of the 5,150 communities in Connecticut, we already have 5,090 communities on board. We urge you to see if your community is set up on our site and has it been partially completed and simply needs your board to join and complete the information needed to become a full member.
