Welcome to AssociationNation, LLC. These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to the use of the AssociationNation website and services ("Service"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Accuracy of Information - AssociationNation is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by users of the Service. You acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided "as is" and that you use the Service at your own risk.
2. Distribution of Data, Documents and Photos - AssociationNation retains the right to distribute all data, documents, and photos uploaded to the Service. You may not copy, distribute, or otherwise use any private content obtained from the Service without the prior written consent of AssociationNation.
3. User Conduct - You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the Service to upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable.
4. Termination - AssociationNation may terminate your access to the Service at any time and for any reason without notice. Upon termination, you agree to cease all use of the Service and to destroy all copies of any content obtained from the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability - In no event shall AssociationNation be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. You acknowledge and agree that AssociationNation's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for use of the Service.
6. Indemnification - You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AssociationNation, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Connecticut, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action.
8. Miscellaneous - This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AssociationNation regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible, and the remaining provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of AssociationNation to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
